Logistics Specialist (US/Night Shift)
Fictiv is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team during the US night shift, operating from our Bengaluru, India office. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our US international import logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination of shipments and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company dedicated to enabling hardware innovators to build better products faster.
As a Logistics Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating international import courier shipments through carriers such as UPS and FedEx, monitoring shipment movements, and resolving any delivery delays or customs clearance issues. You will collaborate closely with carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of shipments. Additionally, you will review shipping documents, follow up on entry corrections, and maintain accurate shipment tracking records.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of progressive experience in international logistics, courier operations, and import/export coordination. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs Administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of customs clearance processes, import/export documentation, and trade compliance requirements is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, are also required.
