LUX - Lawyer in Global Financial Markets
Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their Luxembourg Banking & Finance team as a Lawyer in Global Financial Markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and innovative financial transactions within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
As a member of the Banking & Finance team, you will engage in various areas such as lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, restructuring and insolvency, real estate and asset finance, structured finance, financing of debt portfolio acquisitions, securitisation, capital markets, fintech, fund finance, and regulatory matters. This diverse exposure will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the financial markets.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in the Banking, Finance, and Capital Markets sectors, preferably gained within a large international law firm. A completed academic degree in law is required, with a specialized Master's degree (LL.M) considered an asset. Proficiency in English and French is essential, and additional language skills, particularly in German or Luxembourgish, would be advantageous. Candidates should also be committed, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
