M&A Operations Business Analyst

SRS Acquiom is seeking an insightful M&A Operations Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive business results within the M&A Operations team. The position reports to the Director of Operations Business Analytics and offers the flexibility of being fully remote within the continental U.S. or hybrid from our Denver, CO office.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for creating and monitoring NetSuite system alerts to ensure data integrity, conducting user acceptance testing for new features, gathering and documenting business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining documentation of business process flows and procedures. Additional duties include preparing quarterly operational statistics, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and developing department metrics for internal and external reporting.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, an MBA, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A minimum of two years of applicable operations or business analysis experience is required. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and excellent planning and organizational abilities are essential.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $82,000, depending on experience level.
