As a Manager Advertising Quality at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing media and ad quality standards for our clients and agencies. Your primary responsibilities will include independently developing and implementing product solutions to enhance advertising effectiveness, proactively suggesting optimizations for existing processes, and taking ownership of selected Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) platforms. You will also identify new trends and technologies in the advertising quality domain, analyze complex client requirements, and provide actionable recommendations for a high-quality digital advertising environment. Additionally, you will serve as the go-to expert for advertising quality topics, interacting with local and global specialists, and advising internal and external stakeholders on product solutions and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a completed degree in digital marketing or a comparable qualification, along with experience in programmatic advertising, creative solutions (DCO), and media quality. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Knowledge in frontend development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and relevant development environments is advantageous. Proficiency in both German and English is required, as well as a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
