The manager will also play a key role in understanding and expanding the fanbase for assigned artists, emphasizing qualitative audience insights and first-party data collection to inform marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and reporting of paid digital media campaigns for a roster of Columbia frontline artists, with a strong emphasis on direct-to-consumer tactics and conversion tracking across digital platforms. The role also involves integrating out-of-home placements into the marketing mix, developing fan data acquisition initiatives to support long-term fan engagement, brainstorming content ideas aligned with current trends, synthesizing campaign insights for senior management and artist teams, exploring new tools to streamline digital media processes, and coordinating billing reconciliation for digital advertising partners.

The ideal candidate should possess 3-4 years of relevant paid media experience, with hands-on expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. Proficiency in Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, a creative and collaborative mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a deep understanding of social media and internet culture are also required. Experience with research tools and emerging social platforms is considered a plus. This position is based in the New York office.

Compensation for this role ranges from $72,000 to $78,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
