This role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for a diverse roster of artists, ranging from emerging talents to established acts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with artists and their teams to enhance their presence in the music industry.
Key responsibilities include conceiving and implementing marketing timelines and strategies, managing campaign budgets, and overseeing the delivery and rollout of all assets for designated artist campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with AWAL's global marketing teams, advising on digital marketing and social media strategies, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms to maximize audience engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a marketing manager at a label, distributor, artist/label services company, or artist management company. A strong understanding of global music release cycles, digital and physical distribution, and modern music marketing techniques is essential. Proficiency in creating and distributing content across social media platforms, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, is also required.
