Manager, Client Success
The Manager, Client Success at Avetta is a pivotal role that combines direct client management with team leadership. This position involves overseeing a portfolio of expansion accounts, ensuring client retention and growth, while also guiding a team of Client Success Managers to deliver exceptional service. Avetta specializes in supply chain risk management solutions, providing clients with tools to manage contractor prequalification, safety training, and compliance tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing 1-2 key accounts directly, developing executive relationships, and creating multi-year roadmaps. The role requires leading Executive Business Reviews, aligning Avetta's services with client business outcomes, and formulating structured success plans that reflect the client's vision and objectives. Additionally, the Manager will coach and set performance standards for a team of Client Success Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Candidates should possess 5–7 years of experience in Customer or Client Success, Account Management, or related fields, with at least one year in a leadership capacity. Proven success in managing complex enterprise accounts with strong retention and expansion results is essential. The role demands executive presence, confidence in leading VP/C-level meetings, and proficiency in building and executing structured success plans. Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms, as well as experience in SaaS, risk management, supply chain, EHS, or compliance, is highly desirable.
The position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home for those within commuting distance to Avetta's Lehi or Houston offices. Remote work may be considered for candidates outside of these areas. The role includes up to 10% travel for onsite client meetings, executive business reviews, and internal planning sessions.
