Manager, Commercial Operations
The Manager of Commercial Operations at Diligent Corporation is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for enhancing sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer success initiatives within the EMEA and APAC regions. This role serves as a critical partner to the Vice President of Sales, fostering collaboration across the commercial organization, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable processes and leveraging AI to drive sustained revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include developing and operationalizing a commercial growth strategy in partnership with Sales and Finance, ensuring alignment between pipeline and bookings targets, capacity, headcount, and budgets. The role involves translating complex data into actionable recommendations for commercial leaders, maintaining segmentation models and sales coverage strategies, and driving operational excellence by refining core sales processes and methodologies. Additionally, the Manager will lead territory design, ensuring sales coverage aligns with market opportunities and business objectives.
The position requires 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations, with proven experience partnering directly with executive leadership to design and execute multi-year commercial plans. Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools is essential, along with strong analytical skills and fluency with forecasting, funnel metrics, sales velocity, and retention/expansion KPIs. The candidate should demonstrate success in improving sales productivity, enhancing marketing performance, and supporting customer success initiatives, with experience designing sales methodologies and commercial processes that scale in B2B SaaS environments.
