The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, marketing strategy, or commercial/business analytics within a tech or platform company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a test-and-learn mindset that prioritizes data validation over intuition. Proven project management abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration are also required.
