Verra Mobility is seeking a strategic and creative Manager of Corporate Communication to enhance the employee experience during a period of business transformation. The Manager of Corporate Communication will develop and execute an integrated internal communications strategy that supports company priorities, culture change initiatives, and executive communication needs. Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication planning and organizational change, developing communication frameworks for key company initiatives, and building programs that reinforce the company's purpose, vision, and values. The role also involves writing clear and consistent messaging for company-wide announcements, executive communications, town halls, email campaigns, intranet content, employee newsletters, and video scripts, ensuring that communications reflect the company's culture and brand while simplifying complex business and technology topics for internal audiences.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles within a technology company or similarly fast-paced industry. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills are essential, with the ability to simplify complex information for various audiences. Experience in supporting or leading culture change, organizational transformation, or employee engagement initiatives is required, along with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Familiarity with communication and content tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, intranet and employee engagement platforms, and analytics tools is also necessary.
