Manager, Dev Ops
The Manager, DevOps at OneTrust will lead a team responsible for software development, infrastructure rollout, and cloud operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to design, build, document, and test new and existing features, ensuring the company's technological infrastructure aligns with its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving cloud infrastructure issues throughout the software development lifecycle, overseeing end-to-end operations for team projects, and monitoring infrastructure reliability and performance to suggest improvements. The Manager will also ensure compliance with security regulations, manage project requirements and timelines, implement innovative technologies, coordinate with stakeholders, provide technical oversight, and develop onboarding and mentoring programs for engineers.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with over five years of professional DevOps experience and at least two years in a management role. Experience with the Microsoft Azure platform or another public cloud platform is preferred. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python, as well as the ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to meet time and quality targets, is essential. A solid understanding of container and DevOps technologies is also required.
