Manager, Government Relations

The ideal candidate should reside in the Washington, D.C. National Capital Region and possess a bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees being advantageous. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in government, legislative affairs, or campaign roles with increasing responsibilities is required. Essential skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, experience interacting with lobbyists and elected officials, and the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Management experience and a thorough understanding of public policy and the legislative process at various government levels are also beneficial.
The compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $165,000 annually, depending on experience.
