Manager, Growth Operations Enablement
Metropolis is seeking a Manager, Growth Operations Enablement to drive commercial growth in secondary markets. This role involves collaborating with Regional Managers to qualify leads, address stalled deals, and navigate internal processes to ensure successful deal closures. The position is based in New York, New York, United States.
Key responsibilities include owning lead qualification, defining growth strategies for assigned regions, and identifying high-probability opportunities within the secondary market pipeline. The manager will partner daily with Regional Managers to manage the sales funnel, ensuring no opportunity stalls. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits of existing locations to develop strategies for unblocking and launching remaining opportunities, managing the end-to-end approval flow for secondary market deals, and maintaining accurate data integrity in Salesforce for executive reporting.
Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in a high-growth tech or real estate environment. Essential skills include navigating complex organizations, expediting contracts without causing friction, identifying promising deals within a complex pipeline, building credibility with operations teams, understanding Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management, and the ability to create organized systems from ambiguous or legacy data.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by factors such as the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education, certifications, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. The total compensation package may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, and bonus plans.
