Manager IT Infrastructure

Verra Mobility is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to oversee and enhance its European IT operations. This role involves supervising IT staff responsible for monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing network and system performance, as well as leading cloud infrastructure initiatives. The position reports to the Vice President of IT Infrastructure and collaborates closely with local client support and corporate IT teams to drive business and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of regional client infrastructure services, designing and implementing support models for European operations, and acting as the Service Delivery Manager for client infrastructure in the EU. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to define business and client infrastructure requirements, ensuring efficient utilization of IT resources, and developing policies and procedures, including regional standards and service provisioning.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in client services support for large-scale implementations across multiple sites, as well as IT service management in medium to large operations settings. A university degree in business, computer science, or information systems is preferred, along with industry certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Cisco, VMware, EMC, HPE Aruba, CISSP, CISA, or CIPM. The role requires the ability to travel 25% to 50% to support client locations and the right to work in the EU. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.
