Manager Media Planning Amazon (Mensch)
As a Manager Media Planning at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cross-market media plans for our esteemed client, Amazon. This position is based in Düsseldorf, Germany, and involves close collaboration with 12 local market teams to ensure cohesive and effective media strategies across various regions.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the development and execution of media plans, providing strategic media recommendations aligned with campaign objectives, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of planning data across all markets. Additionally, you will manage central planning tools and trackers, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate closely with internal specialist teams such as Programmatic, Strategy, and Account Management to facilitate seamless implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess 1–3 years of experience in media planning, digital media, or a related field, with a solid understanding of various media channels and daily media planning processes. A high level of attention to detail, structured working style, and strong organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Sheets, along with fluent English communication skills (German is a plus), will enable effective collaboration in our international team environment. A proactive "hands-on" mentality and the willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic, operational setting are also crucial.
