Manager, Performance Marketing
The Performance Marketing Manager at WPP Media is responsible for developing and executing media strategies across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. This role is integral to optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and ensuring that media efforts align with specific objectives. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, including strategic planners, performance media buyers, and analytics professionals.
Key responsibilities include working with the planning team to develop media plans that align with global, regional, and local strategies. The manager will monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for maximum performance and efficiency, report on campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies. Additionally, the role involves managing budgets and timelines for media campaigns, translating complex media concepts into understandable language for clients, and building strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital planning and execution, particularly in Social, Search, and Programmatic media, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making are essential. Proficiency in various data and analytics tools, such as GA4, MMP, CAPI, and CRM Integration, is required. Hands-on experience with major ad platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and DV360 is also necessary. The candidate should possess a test-and-learn mindset to drive innovation, the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong technical skills, and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to challenges, good interpersonal skills to build client and media partner relationships, and the ability to work collaboratively with multifunctional teams are also important.
