The Manager will own the end-to-end Supplier Quality program, setting strategy and standards for manufacturing partner onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and continuous improvement. They will also review and approve corrective action responses, establish and maintain manufacturing partner quality KPIs, and present performance trends to senior leadership. Beyond quality, the Manager will establish a Safety Management Program across all Misumi Americas facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture that protects employees and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and safety systems, with experience in leading teams and managing supplier quality programs. They should possess a deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and be capable of ensuring compliance with internationally recognized standards.
