Manager, Relationship Support - The Orchard
The Orchard, a leading full-service music distribution company operating in 48 markets worldwide, is seeking a Manager, Relationship Support to join their team in New York City. This role is integral to the global development of The Orchard's label and artist roster, working across key domestic and international markets to coordinate and manage tasks for artist and label campaigns.
Key responsibilities include monitoring the progress of ongoing campaigns to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met; tracking campaign budgets to ensure all expenses align with allocations; conducting campaign evaluations to identify areas for improvement; developing project plans and key deliverables for assigned campaigns; overseeing release campaign information dissemination; gathering and organizing key assets and materials; tracking campaign performance; assisting with competitive analysis; generating reports; aiding in label onboarding; driving client adoption of The Orchard's products and tools; and coordinating office visits and meetings with internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in the music industry or a similar field, with experience working collaboratively across various teams and departments, pulling reports, and navigating through various systems. A background in music distribution is preferred. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish is preferred. A passion for working globally and with different cultures, along with the ability to work unconventional hours across time zones, is also desired.
