In this capacity, the Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring an effective local control framework aligned with Group requirements. Key responsibilities include promoting a culture of ethics and integrity through training and advisory on topics such as anti-bribery and corruption, internal controls, and policy adherence. The role also involves designing and operating quality review programs, coordinating audit activities with internal and external teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and controls.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in risk and controls, ethics and compliance, business process improvement, risk management, or internal/external audit. Familiarity with IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and PCAOB requirements is essential. The role demands the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across diverse geographies and functions.
