This includes managing outbound prospecting strategies, optimizing workflows, integrating new tools, and maintaining alignment with Account Executives, Marketing, and Regional Sales Managers. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Candidates should have a proven track record in sales development leadership, with experience in managing SDR teams and driving pipeline growth. Strong analytical skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Lighthouse offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $85,000 to $99,500, with an additional variable component of $35,000 to $45,000.
