Manager - Search
WPP Media is seeking a Manager - Search to join our Global Operations Centre (GOC), collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The Manager - Search will oversee the day-to-day management of paid search marketing initiatives, including strategic planning, bid recommendations, execution, and budget management. Responsibilities encompass launching and setting up campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, and Amazon Search, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, monitoring performance, and producing detailed reports with actionable insights. Additionally, the role involves leading a team of 2–5 direct reports and supporting the quality assurance of junior team members' work.
Candidates should possess 4–6 years of experience in planning and managing Google Ads/Search campaigns, proficiency in English, and familiarity with bid management platforms like SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo. Experience with Facebook Business Manager and DV360 is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to analyze raw data to develop actionable recommendations are essential.
