Manager, Services Consulting - (Contract Opportunity)

As a Manager of Services Consulting at Celonis, you will lead and develop a team of 5-10 consultants, focusing on delivering successful deployments of Celonis' process mining and AI technologies to automotive clients in the DACH region. This contract role involves driving service sales cycles, including project scoping and proposal creation, and ensuring strong customer engagement throughout the implementation process.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of diverse projects, building relationships with strategic automotive customers, and ensuring timely, high-quality deployments that deliver measurable business impact. You will also be responsible for resource capacity planning, staffing customer engagements appropriately, and handling escalations to achieve positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in managing complex SaaS or consulting projects, with a proven track record in professional services or consulting teams, preferably within enterprise SaaS companies. Strong project management skills, experience in leading teams, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English are essential.
