Intern Strategic Program Management
The Intern Strategic Program Management role at Celonis offers an opportunity to engage in the implementation of strategic initiatives across various departments, including Value Engineering, Product, Strategy & Operations, Ecosystem, Services, and Business Applications. As a Strategic Program Management Intern, you will support the execution of strategic decisions from executive management, ensuring their successful integration into the company's operations.
In this role, your responsibilities will include enabling data-driven decision-making for management, designing and conceptualizing strategic programs with a focus on data analysis, and overseeing program execution from inception to completion. You will coordinate and guide all involved parties in their respective streams, take ownership of specific streams to ensure their success, identify and mitigate potential risks, and report to executive management on program progress and outcomes.
To be considered for this internship, candidates should be students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology & Management, Economics, or related fields. The role requires the ability to act autonomously in high-ambiguity situations, strong stakeholder management and project management skills, proficiency in financial modeling using Google Sheets, and confidence in presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences. Experience in consulting and a keen interest in data analytics are also desirable.
