Manager Social Organic (Mensch)
As a Manager Social Organic at WPP Media, you will serve as the creative voice of our brands across all social channels. You will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content, building an active community, and ensuring our messages grow organically and resonate with our audience.
Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive organic social media strategies, creating and crafting creative text, graphic, and video posts for various platforms, and building and maintaining our online community to increase interaction and engagement. Additionally, you will regularly analyze channel performance and create meaningful reports to make success visible, identify new developments and viral topics in the social web early, and integrate them skillfully into content planning, and coordinate closely with internal departments such as creation and paid social to ensure consistent brand communication.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in social media, preferably from an agency or communications department. A strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling is essential to create compelling content. Proficiency in major social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, is required. Excellent writing skills and empathy are necessary to strike the right tone within the community. Analytical thinking is important to use numbers and KPIs to demonstrate and optimize the success of your initiatives. Being a proactive team player who works independently and promotes collaboration with other departments is also crucial.
