Metropolis is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations to serve as the operational hub of the Chief Commercial Officer’s (CCO) office. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations within the CCO's office, coordinating initiatives, managing meetings, and improving workflows using AI tools. The Manager will act as a trusted partner and the single point of contact for executive leadership coordination, managing complex governance, administrative operations, and strategic initiatives to ensure the office operates efficiently in an AI-first environment.

Key responsibilities include owning preparation logistics for regular cadence meetings, developing presentations, pulling materials, and managing agenda inputs. The Manager will support town hall preparation by coordinating slides, timing, and communication logistics, and coordinate with the VP of Strategic Initiatives and commercial leadership on cross-functional meeting preparation. Additional duties involve managing distribution lists and communication infrastructure for the Operations and Commercial leadership teams, leading the Annual Meeting prep calendar, representing the CCO's office in weekly company-wide syncs, managing recurring commission audit processes in Salesforce, leading monthly operational coordination calls, overseeing vendor relationships with strategic partners, and managing the employee recognition program for the operations team. The role also emphasizes the use of AI tools for drafting communications, managing inbox triage, and summarizing meeting outputs to improve office workflows.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in strategic program management, consulting, operations coordination, or a similar role. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias for action and the ability to close loops independently are essential. High emotional intelligence and professional maturity when interacting with C-suite leaders, investors, and external partners are required. The candidate should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound judgment calls without complete information, maintain strict discretion with confidential information regarding senior leadership, and operate with technical proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to improve executive support workflows is also desired. While not required, experience supporting a CCO, COO, or equivalent executive leader, familiarity with Salesforce, and experience in the parking, real estate, or technology industries are considered pluses.
