Manager, US Facilities
The Manager, US Facilities at KnowBe4 is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of the company's U.S. facilities, ensuring they reflect the organization's culture and meet operational standards. Key responsibilities include managing the cleanliness and appearance of office spaces, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas. The manager will oversee property operations programs, including construction and property improvement projects, and develop U.S.-based policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves managing preventive maintenance of facility equipment, employee parking assignments, and budgeting for facility-related costs.
Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent business training, or have at least two years of experience in building management. Experience with GSuite applications, MS Office, and various cloud technologies is required. A minimum of one year of management experience and one year in the construction industry is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, organizational skills, and computer proficiency are essential.
