Key responsibilities include sourcing and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking. The Market Manager will develop and execute targeted business development plans to meet sales targets across Indonesia. Additionally, the role involves delivering tailored product demonstrations to key decision-makers, attending industry conferences, organizing business trips to build pipelines, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless transition to post-sales teams. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and leveraging AI-driven insights to optimize the sales process are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills, along with a solid understanding of the travel or hospitality industry, are crucial. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, excellent communication and presentation skills, and comfort in leading meetings with C-level executives are required. An entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to a rapidly evolving environment, willingness to travel frequently, and a growth mindset with curiosity around AI are also important qualifications.
