KBRA is seeking an accomplished Director-level leader to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. This role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to elevate the KBRA Analytics brand and its products. The position is based in either our New York or Chicago office, with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

The Director will drive marketing strategies that advance the goals of the KBRA Analytics product suite, ensuring each initiative supports measurable business impact. Responsibilities include partnering with product owners, sales, and subject matter experts to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and initiatives. The role also involves leading the development of content strategies for multichannel promotion, overseeing campaign lifecycles from planning to execution, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing strategy development and execution. A proven track record of leading successful campaigns in the credit ratings industry, broader financial markets, or adjacent data/analytics sectors is essential. Strong understanding of product marketing principles, advanced knowledge of project management tools, proficiency in Adobe Marketo or comparable email automation platforms, and exceptional communication skills are required. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are advantageous.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $175,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
