Awin, a global leader in affiliate marketing, is seeking a Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) to join their Client Services team in Warsaw, Poland. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the affiliate marketing industry. In this role, the Marketing Assistant will provide operational support to the Client Services team, focusing on delivering service packages to clients. Key responsibilities include uploading offers and creatives to advertiser programs, assisting with regular reporting and data analysis, producing gap analysis reports, recruiting affiliates, performing program audits, and conducting account health checks. The position involves working with the Salesforce system to manage requests for various world-leading brands.
Ideal candidates should be fluent in English, with German language skills considered a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Asana is advantageous but not mandatory. A strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn are essential. An affinity for online (affiliate) marketing is also beneficial.
