Marketing Operations Manager
Lighthouse is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making through technology and data management, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Manager will manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to align with strategic objectives, ensuring operational excellence and data integrity. Responsibilities include implementing and integrating new marketing technologies, continuously testing and analyzing marketing processes to improve conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals. Additionally, the role involves solving key marketing challenges related to attribution models, lead assignment processes, data accuracy, and funnel analysis, as well as developing and maintaining clear documentation for all marketing processes.
Candidates should have experience in managing marketing automation platforms and integrating new marketing technologies. Strong analytical skills are essential for testing and optimizing marketing processes. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering, is crucial. Proficiency in developing and maintaining process documentation is also required.
