Marketing Project Manager
Avetta is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing guidance on best practices, emerging technologies—including AI—and operational frameworks that drive growth and efficiency. This position is pivotal in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring the marketing organization operates with focus, alignment, and accountability.
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will lead and manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include advising marketing leadership on industry trends, evaluating and recommending new marketing technologies to improve campaign performance, and developing structured frameworks for Quarterly Business Reviews to help the marketing and sales teams identify and capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in strategic advisory and technology adoption. A strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making is essential. Exceptional project management skills, experience in sales enablement, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are also required.
Avetta offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and paid time off. The company is committed to salary transparency, with the salary range for this position being $104,000 to $145,000 per year, with a potential bonus.
