Marketing Summer Associate

Groma is seeking a Marketing Summer Associate to join our marketing and design team. This role offers exposure to content development, digital marketing, content review processes, and brand planning within a company that integrates real estate and technology to create new investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation and organization of marketing content across social media, email, and web platforms. The associate will support the promotional content review process to ensure brand consistency, assist in developing brand plans and campaign strategies, track campaign performance, conduct market and competitor research, and provide general administrative and project support for the marketing and design team.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field. An interest in marketing with an eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency with Google Suite are essential. Familiarity with social media platforms and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
