Measurement Supervisor
WPP Media is seeking a Measurement Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of advanced Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for a diverse portfolio of top-tier clients. This role involves translating complex data insights into strategic recommendations that drive media budget allocation for some of the world's most iconic brands. The Measurement Supervisor will act as a strategic partner, influencing large-scale marketing decisions through data-driven narratives.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing complex MMMs, interpreting model results to identify strategic insights, and presenting clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Marketing Managers, Media Directors, and C-level executives. The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and providing expert advice on optimizing media investments and campaign effectiveness. Additionally, the Measurement Supervisor will contribute to the development and implementation of new methodologies and best practices in media performance analysis, collaborating closely with internal Strategy & Planning and Media teams across various WPP group agencies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related quantitative fields, with a Ph.D. considered a significant plus. A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in constructing, validating, and presenting MMMs or in data-driven strategic consulting roles is required. Advanced proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R and/or Python, along with solid knowledge of statistical modeling techniques including multiple linear regression, time series analysis, Bayesian models, and causal inference concepts, is essential. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work with complex and large datasets, extracting and manipulating data from various sources.
WPP Media offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of €85,000 to €100,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
