(Medior) Performance Marketing Account Manager (f/m/d)
As a (Medior) Performance Marketing Account Manager at Awin, you will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, overseeing and optimizing their affiliate marketing programs. This role involves close collaboration with clients, colleagues, and top publishers within the network to achieve optimal results. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of global affiliate strategies.
Your key responsibilities include managing and optimizing client portfolios to ensure the successful growth of their affiliate programs. You will analyze performance data, provide insights, and advise clients on optimizations and strategic opportunities. Building strong relationships with both clients and top publishers is essential to foster successful collaborations. You will also be responsible for delivering clear reports and presenting results to clients, proactively addressing challenges, and representing Awin at client and networking events to strengthen relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in account management within affiliate or digital marketing. A solid understanding of affiliate campaigns, statistics, and various affiliate models such as CPA and CPL is important. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English are required. The ability to work independently while effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks is essential. Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial, and a willingness to develop these skills further is expected. Enthusiasm, analytical thinking, and a drive to achieve the best results for clients are key attributes.
