Mid-Market Account Executive
is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their San Francisco team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by establishing strong customer relationships and demonstrating the tangible impact of Pump's technology. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions tailored to customer needs. Engaging with prospective clients, you'll identify their business challenges and articulate how Pump can streamline operations and reduce costs. Your ability to communicate the platform's value to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential. Staying informed about the product roadmap will ensure that client solutions align with future developments. Additionally, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with engineering and product teams, are essential. A self-starter mentality with grit and hustle, coupled with a competitive, athlete mindset, will drive success in this role.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary, commission, and equity.
