MLOps Engineer

Eqvilent is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to enhance our machine learning operations. This role involves improving pipelines for training machine learning models, processing and checking data quality, testing models to ensure their correctness, and building model monitoring systems. The ideal candidate should be intelligent, contemplative, and composed, with a deep attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include designing and building ELT pipelines for data processing and analysis, constructing MLOps pipelines for automated retraining and validation of models, implementing CI/CD pipelines for deploying models and ML services, and creating services for monitoring ML models in production. These tasks are critical to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our machine learning systems.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Python, familiarity with Docker, and a basic understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include experience with PyTorch, knowledge of Dagster, experience automating ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment with monitoring and observability, experience with monitoring frameworks such as Grafana or Prometheus, and an understanding of distributed training systems for ML models.
