Nurse Practitioner - Massachusetts (MA) License
Midi Health is seeking dedicated full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding clinical team, focusing on providing compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health transitions. As a fully remote role, practitioners will deliver personalized healthcare services within a virtual-first care model, supported by a collaborative team committed to closing the gender health gap.
In this position, Nurse Practitioners will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing education and support to patients. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and supplements, and coordinating referrals as necessary. Practitioners will utilize evidence-based clinical pathways that integrate hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state, with prescriptive authority and national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar). A minimum of three years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology is required. Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and communication tools is essential, along with the ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
Compensation for this role ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
