Onboarding Specialist
As an Onboarding Specialist at Diligent Corporation, you will be an integral part of the global Customer Success Team, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences during the onboarding process. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients achieve swift product adoption and realize the full value of Diligent's offerings.
In this position, you will manage the end-to-end client onboarding experience, serving as the primary contact and developing tailored onboarding plans. Your responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and providing initial product training. Additionally, you will guide clients through product setup and configuration, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in technical or account management roles, such as SaaS/software onboarding, Customer Success, or Customer Support. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is preferred. Key skills include strategic planning, goal setting, performance measurement, adaptability to change, project ownership, collaboration, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in English communication are essential.
