Product Manager
As a Product Manager at Diligent Corporation, you will lead the development and evolution of market-leading solutions within our ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, the business domain, and corporate strategy to ensure our products align with organizational goals. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, manage dependencies, and actively gather feedback to inform the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap from ideation to launch, serving as the voice of the customer, and leading a cross-functional team comprising developers, UX designers, and stakeholders from Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality user experiences across multiple platforms, maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories, and tracking product performance and user engagement. Additionally, monitoring the external market landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends, will be essential to inform product development.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS products, and demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools. Excellent communication skills, experience in writing technical and functional requirements, and the ability to interact directly with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Strong organizational skills and the capability to coordinate with other development teams are also required. Experience integrating with multiple products and certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are desirable.
