This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating within a team environment. The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key responsibilities include welcoming new clients and guiding them through the onboarding process, assisting with account setup, and providing training on account management and recordkeeping systems. The role also involves preparing, tracking, and processing investment account paperwork for account openings, transfers, updates, and related activities across multiple custodians in both Canada and the U.S. Managing and prioritizing a high volume of onboarding projects with clear timelines, collaborating closely with onboarding and client relationship teams, and supporting special projects to maintain strong compliance standards are also essential duties. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes are essential. Clear communication skills and a client-first mindset are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $60,000-65,000 CAD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
