Onboarding Specialist (Remote)
As an Onboarding Specialist at ezCater, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in integrating new restaurant partners into our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience, enabling our partners to successfully fulfill orders and contribute to our marketplace. This role is remote, offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and growing team.
Your daily tasks will involve evaluating incoming restaurant partners, guiding them through our onboarding process using our Guided Onboarding tool, and translating their data into actionable account setups. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to uphold our onboarding standards and address any challenges that arise. Effective communication with restaurant partners is essential to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.
Ideal candidates will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with technical platforms, such as HubSpot, is advantageous. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, along with a commitment to continuous improvement, will contribute to your success in this role.
The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $50,872 to $60,848 annually, complemented by a bonus target. Additional benefits and perks are available, details of which can be obtained during the interview process.
