Senior Manager, Trust & Safety (Remote)

The Senior Manager, Trust & Safety at ezCater will lead the development and implementation of the company's marketplace trust strategy, focusing on policy creation, operational standards, and network health enforcement. This role involves close collaboration with legal, operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a safe and reliable B2B ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include defining protocols to identify and respond to trust-breaching incidents, transforming policies into actionable procedures, and hiring and managing a Trust & Safety team. The role also involves monitoring trust-related incidents, designing trust policies for marketplace participants, and staying informed on industry standards and best practices.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in Trust & Safety or related fields within technology companies, including a minimum of 3 years leading trust and safety program design and implementation. Experience in managing teams handling high-volume escalations and policy enforcement is essential. A strong background in developing dispute resolution processes and compliance monitoring is also required.
