Senior Product Manager, Supplier Platform (Remote)

The Senior Product Manager, Supplier Platform at ezCater will lead the development of services and capabilities that empower restaurant partners to efficiently grow their business on the platform. This role involves designing data structures and backend services to provide partners with customized reporting experiences and in-product personalization. The position is remote, with quarterly travel to Boston for planning and business reviews.

Key responsibilities include driving the vision and developing a roadmap for the restaurant partner platform, utilizing research and data to advocate for the roadmap and vision, and leading product initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Analysis. The role also involves identifying areas for innovation and improvement to enhance the marketplace user experience and creating metrics to measure success.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace environments, and experience in designing and implementing platform services. A proven track record of innovating based on customer needs, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas are essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to five days per quarter for team gatherings and events.

The compensation for this position ranges from $161,000 to $213,000 annually, including base salary and bonus target.
