Operations Associate

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Operations Associate to join their Core Operations team in St. Louis, MO. This role is pivotal in supporting back-office functions that ensure accurate and timely handling of client requests. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days in the office per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.

The Operations Associate will be responsible for validating and reconciling monetary transactions on custodial platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity. Key duties include monitoring processing requests to ensure accuracy, supporting digital signature processes, assisting with account setup, and handling mailed checks and paperwork. The role also involves maintaining accurate data entry across core systems like Salesforce and Orion, and effectively communicating with colleagues, custodians, and internal partners.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma with at least two years of relevant client or customer service experience. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with custodians like Schwab and Fidelity, as well as CRM and financial systems such as Salesforce, Orion, and DocuSign. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset are essential. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team is also important.

The annualized base pay for this non-exempt position ranges from $50,000 to $53,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Additional rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
