Operations Associate I/II

The Operations Associate I/II will serve as the backbone of the office and laboratory environment, managing daily operations and supporting technical teams in facility expansion and lab maintenance.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary stakeholder for reception, greeting and managing all incoming vendors, visitors, and deliveries. The role also involves overseeing shipping and receiving, mail sorting, and courier pickups, maintaining high standards for pantry, fridge, and stationery stock, and ensuring general kitchen and office cleanliness. Additionally, the Operations Associate will manage room bookings, food orders for meetings, desk and office setups for new hires, and assist in planning and executing team activities and off-site vendor visits.
The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS degree, or an AA/AS degree with at least two years of relevant work experience. They must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and have previous experience managing Purchase Orders (POs). Exceptional interpersonal communication, excellent customer-facing skills, elite time management, and a high degree of organizational efficiency are essential. The ability to be adaptable and flexible in day-to-day operations is also required.
