While 0–3 years of professional experience is acceptable, internships or BPO/operations experience are strongly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work independently are essential. A commitment to working U.S. Pacific Time hours is required.
