Operations Specialist - Ceremony of Roses
The Operations Specialist at Ceremony of Roses plays a pivotal role in enhancing daily operations by refining processes, improving cross-functional coordination, and strengthening systems to enable efficient and scalable team performance. This position is integral to increasing operational visibility, mitigating risks, and building scalable workflows across the global organization.
Key responsibilities include building, documenting, and maintaining standardized operating procedures in collaboration with various teams to ensure clarity and scalability. The role involves optimizing Asana workflows, templates, and dashboards to improve visibility and cross-functional alignment, as well as leading Asana onboarding and training for new employees. Additionally, the Operations Specialist oversees the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation, internal approvals, and system setup for timely payments. The position also assists with operational projects, technology implementations, and global process refinement initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and documenting progress as directed by leadership.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or production, preferably in apparel, consumer products, or the music/entertainment industry. Proficiency with Asana or similar project management systems is required, along with advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting. Experience with ERP or eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, SAP, or NetSuite is also necessary. Applicants should be comfortable with costing, COGS tracking, landed costs, and margin analysis, and possess the ability to interpret data to identify operational or financial risks. A working knowledge of purchase orders, 3PL coordination, freight terms (CIP/DAP/FOB), inventory reconciliation, and fulfillment workflows is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple launches, deadlines, and vendors simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, are crucial. Clear, professional communication skills are required to work effectively across internal teams and external partners, proactively solving problems and keeping stakeholders aligned.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,304 to $75,000 USD. The actual base salary offered depends on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
