Operations Supervisor
The Operations Supervisor at Verra Mobility is responsible for leading a full-service team within the Government Solutions division, focusing on event processing operations. This role requires a leader who exercises sound judgment and makes informed business decisions to manage inventory levels and adapt to evolving customer requirements. The supervisor will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing and motivating employees through effective communication, timely feedback, and meaningful performance reviews. The supervisor will manage daily business operations by monitoring inventory levels and forecasts to ensure adequate staffing that meets or exceeds customer-specific service level agreements. Additionally, the role involves fostering a work environment where employees feel valued and engaged, conducting regular one-on-one sessions, and addressing any performance or behavioral issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a startup or team-building environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with exceptional relationship-building abilities both internally and externally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, and successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment is mandatory.
