Outbound Sales Development Representative - Danish
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative at Remote, you will be a key member of our Sales team, focusing on engaging and qualifying outbound leads to drive business growth. Remote is a global HR platform that simplifies hiring, onboarding, managing, and paying employees and contractors worldwide, offering comprehensive solutions for recruitment, payroll management, contractor management, and compliance.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries, sourcing new sales prospects, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. You will clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects, assess their needs to determine fit, and provide support to the Account Executive team as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating and developing prospects, creating target prospect lists, penetrating key accounts, and conducting cold calls into prospects generated from various sources.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in business development through effective use of core sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Lusha. Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company is essential. Strong negotiation skills, exceptional oral and written communication abilities, and a positive, energetic phone presence are required. The ability to think strategically and tactically, maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges, and a self-motivated, proactive approach are also important. Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory.
