The Paralegal will be responsible for designing and managing document and entity management systems, ensuring organization serves as a competitive advantage. Embracing an AI-first workflow, the role involves experimenting with large language models and automation platforms to optimize legal processes. Key duties include developing scalable playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures, handling high-volume agreements such as NDAs and vendor contracts, managing outside counsel billing, and assisting with corporate governance, board preparations, and intellectual property filings.

Candidates should possess 4-6+ years of experience in a high-intensity environment, such as a large law firm or fast-paced corporate team, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently without compromising accuracy. A proactive approach to technology is essential, with experience using tools like Claude or ChatGPT for drafting and summarizing documents. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong ownership and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously, and maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control in all work products.
